Designer Issue With Winform VS 2022

Hi,

I am suddenly getting below error and no longer able to see the designer. Seems some compatibility issue between VS and Syncfusion Controls ? Altough when I run the application its throwing the screen and I can see the syncfusion controls I added  (when designer was working without error). Please look into this.
