Circular Gauge not visible - ASP.NET Syncfusion

I created a new Syncfusion ASP.NET project, I added a Circular Gauge control and the gauge is visible in design view, but strangely it's not visible after running it on a local web browser.

Other standard controls such as Textboxes and Buttons are visible after running it, but not the Circular Gauge.

NOTES:

• Visual Studio 2019
  
• Syncfusion 19.2.0.44

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue with Circular Gauge of version(19.2.44) in the ASP.NET webforms application. Please find the sample application in which we tried to reproduce the reported issue and the screen capture video of the same below.
