Unordered list markers are not displayed

Hi! There is a problem with unordered list markers in DocumentEditor on Ubuntu. I tested your example in Chrome https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/demos/?_ga=2.246996109.889093130.1624366370-615821001.1620994270#/material/document-editor/bullets-and-numbering .

On mac:


Ubuntu: 

Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS, Gnome Version 3.36.8, Chrome Version 93.0.4577.63

Could you fix it please.

Hi Yuliia, 

We suspect that the reported issue might be due to file level information in the Word document. So, could you please share us Original Input Word documents which used at your end.   

This will be more helpful to reproduce the same issue at our end. Thereby, we will proceed further on the reported issue and provide you the appropriate solution at the earliest.   

Note: If you have any confidential data in your document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.

I don't change anything there. And also you can add a list you want. The bug doesn't depend on the text in the document, I suppose it depends on OS.

We are facing complexity in finding the root cause of the issue. We are using Symbol font in rendering the bullet character. We are checking this issue with high priority. So, we need some additional timeline to validate the reported issue. We will update further details by September 29,2021.

From further validation, we suspect that the reported issue might be due to missing custom fonts. You can install the missing fonts and resolve your reported issue.  

Please find the font attachment download them and install and restart the machine to resolve the issue.
