Where can I get the datagrid style shown in the sample picture?

I really like the style shown here on all the Datagrid controls of syncfusion, but I don't seem to find how to achieve exactly that, can you please provide this style.

yes, I'm aware of this knowledge base, however, I couldn't get it to look like the one in the picture, maybe because I have started in it recently and lack some knowledge, but Could you please provide the exact style sample for sfdatagrid(WPF).
