Pivot like display in Grid

How do I get the list view type of display in Grid, similar to the pivot table below?  Hierarchy or Grouping just does not get the same result.

Based on your requirement we would recommend you to check out the TreeGrid component, which can display the records in a list view as displayed in the Pivot table component.
