error in toolba

Question

sometimes when i load the page my grid gets error as shown below.  The picture below is my setup Can you help me to fix this error?

Share the full Grid code you have used?
Did you customized the toolbar items position? Share the code example.
Do you used any custom CSS in your application?
Share the replication procedure and video demo of the reported behavior.
If possible, share a simple issue reproducible sample.
