Adding combobox into Sfdatagrid

Hi I have a .txt file with 5 lines,

Mark

Clarenzze

Yhanizze

Zed

Claire

I want to do everytime myform.show is called,

It will load my textfile and add the lines into my combobox in sfdatagrid.

Could you pls help?
