Read all highlighted text in a pdf document.

Question

Hello,Would you have a sample to read all the highlighted text in a pdf document? I am looking to read the top three ways(the screenshot below is for foxit reader and shows highlight, underline with swiggly line, underline with straightline) in which a user highlights in a pdf document.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 
No. We do not have support to read all the highlighted text in a existing pdf document using PDF library. If you are highlighting the text with PdfTextMarkupAnnotation like below documentation using PDF library, you can retrieve the highlight text details by iterating the annotations from existing PDF document.
