Document looks bad when loaded in editor

Hi. I'm loading the attached document into the word editor and it looks pretty bad. Any idea what's causing these issues?

We have confirmed the reported issue as bug and logged the defect report. We will fix this issue and include in our EJ2 patch release which scheduled on October 13,2021.

We are not possible to include the fix our latest release. We will fix this issue and include in our EJ2 patch release which scheduled on October 20, 2021.
