how can I handle  the view from the mobile device that - DELTE is not possible - look at the screenshot

Greetings from Syncfusion support. 

We suspect that you want to prevent delete action which can be achieved by setting false to allowDeleting property. 

Please try the above solution meets your requirement.

 i have put the definition into the eventSettings - but this doesn't work ... see screenshot

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. 

We could replicate the issue with the quick popup that opens on tap-hold. We confirm this as defect and logged the bug report which can be tracked through the following link. 

The fix will be included in our weekly patch release scheduled on mid of September, 2021. We would appreciate your patience until then.
