when ever iam updating joTitle by selecting value from dropdownlist then it blinks for few second that jobID

Whenever i am updating jobTitle by selecting from dropdown list then for few second it blinks jobId and for after few seconds it automatically disappear.i dont want to blink that value as jobId ,I want to only jobTitle..

2. Which type of data-binding (local data/ remote data/ custom binding) you have used?
3. Did you facing this issue with foreignKey Column?

6. If possible, share a issue reproducible sample or make the issue in given sample.
