Uploader inside grid (without editing the row)

Question

Hi,I am using Syncfusion datagrid .I need to upload files against each row in the datagrid but without clicking on edit. AS on edit it goes to different page. I Have Edit for each row. Can I have file uploader command along with edit? so that without editing I can just upload files against each record.Thanks
