Unable to find Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter dll for syncfusion 19 version

Upgrade the version form 14 to 19 in my project unable to find Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter dll,can you please send me the respective dll ,if available for 19 version.

In latest version, you can convert HTML to PDF without using Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter.dll. Please refer below UG link for updated code snippets and examples,
