How to select a PlotBand directly from the Chart?

Question

HiI am adding PlotBand (Plotline actually Start = End) to my chart.Is there a way to click on the Plot line and select it, or get a callback function to do something about it.Example, change the title text or start parameter.Thanks and hope to hear fro
