Progress bar from server side

Hi,

Is it possible to check the progress bar from server side?

I need that with each completion of a method, the progress bar is up to date by one unit.

I need to update a progress bar from server-side.

In a foreach statement, which is in a server-side method

at each loop I have to update the progress bar.
