Loading popuppage takes more than 4 sec ?

Hello dear Syncfusion's team,

Why the display of popup page, that contains SfTextInputLayout elements, take more than 4 s.

I use Essential studio version 19.1.0.64 and laptop i7 8 generation with 8 Go of RAM.

We have checked the reported query  with Rg Plugin Popup page which contains SfTextInputLayout control and this page was loaded immediately. We have prepared a sample and video for your reference, please have a tested sample from the below link.

Since we are not aware of your exact application scenario, we were not able to reproduce this at our end, can you please revert us by modifying the sample based on your application along with the replication procedure.
