Duplicated mini-pages at use magnification service on PDF Viewer

Hi! Today i upgrade PDF Viewer to latest version (19.2.48) and i has two issues:

1. At use magnification service, pdfviewer go to throw error because cant find FormDesignerService injected (and i dont want import it because i dont use it)
2. At import on my module the FormDesignerService, console not show more errors but has error at render pages: If i go to zoom 15%, and then zoom to 400%, pdf is rendered twice, one mini-pdf and other the correctly pdf

like note, the pdf must have multiple pages, i has the issue when i have a larger pdf (like 100 pages)
