Uploading a folder/folders to the FileManager component

We want to allow our users to be able to upload/drag drop folder(s) onto the FileManager component.  It looks like there is a 'directoryUpload' property on the Uploader component.  Is this something that can be implemented on the FileManager?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

 

We have checked your requirement(uploading folders) with File Manager component. Currently, we have not provided support for folder upload in File Manager component because this functionality is not support by all browsers(browser compatibility), yet. However “Upload folder support in File Manager” had already been considered as a feature and this will be included in any of our upcoming releases. Usually Syncfusion will plan and implement the features based on feature rank, customer requested count and volume wish-list plan.

FYI for anyone finding this issue after Sept 2022, the feature linked above was implemented as of v20.3.47.
