Upload request doesn't hit the endpoint

Hi,

I've got this Uploader: 

<SfUploader @ref="uploader" MaxFileSize="@MaxSize" AllowedExtensions=".doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png" SequentialUpload="true" AllowMultiple="true" AutoUpload="true">
        <UploaderAsyncSettings RetryCount="3" RetryAfterDelay="10" SaveUrl="/api/files/NewsTempSave" RemoveUrl="/api/files/NewsTempDelete" ChunkSize="@MaxSize">
        </UploaderAsyncSettings>
    </SfUploader>

However, whenever I attempt to test the upload, it returns a Bad Request (Error 400). Am I missing something obvious? For reference, I've attached the API Controller

I've since converted this to bypass the API and it now works by directly dealing with the files in the Blazor component itself.
