Multiple tabs selected

I am getting a issue where multiple tabs are selected and i see an error

We have validated your reported query "Multiple tabs selected" with your shared image and tried to replicate at our end by preparing sample with your shared code. But unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue.

We suspect that you could face the problem due to old version of Syncfusion package. So, we would suggest you to upgrade the Syncfusion package to the latest version(v19.2.46) and check it at your end and if the problem is not resolved, kindly share issue replicating sample(if possible) or reproduce the issue in above sample which would help us to provide the solution at earliest.
