It is a known issue. We already logged a bug for the same as “Tree Grid Component Crash if empty”. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technical feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and  the fix for the issue will be included in Third week of July 2021 patch release.
