MouseTrail property is not working for ToolTip

I want to show a ToolTip when the mouse is moving over an image. The Content of the ToolTip will change depending on what the mouse is over in the image. I want the ToolTip to follow the mouse so I set the MouseTrail property to true. The problem that the ToolTip is only showing in the lower right corner of the image element, regardless of where the mouse is located over the image element.

One thing to note is that I am opening and closing the ToolTip programmatically, depending on what the mouse is positioned over in the image. Could that possibly be interfering with the MouseTrail property?

Hi Jim,

Greetings from Syncfusion Support.

We have checked with your reported query related to “MouseTrail property not working for Tooltip”.

We have created a sample by enabling MouseTrail and had checked by opening the Tooltip on a button click. We haven’t faced any issues. On a side note, we would like to mention that, if you require the target of the Tooltip to vary, this can be done by rendering another Tooltip with the different Target property required.

Refer to the sample below.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance.
