Problem with Custom stamps

Hi Syncfusion,


Can I ask if there are ways I can add stamps in the list of stamp annotations in the pdf viewer with using the custom stamp setting? I want to add my own stamps in the list.

OR customize the dynamic stamps existing.

I am using this code

When i check the annotationCollection i found that there is the custom annotation that i just added (i can see it also in the pdf). but when i download the pdf i dont see it.

For more details i am using the saveAsBlob() to save the file in a aws S3. but i dont have any issues with the custom stamp uploader that exist in the pdfviewer interface it save correctly.

I am currently using the pdfviewer version 19.1.56

We were able to replicate the issue that custom stamp is not added in the downloaded document. We will analyze further and provide the details on July 5th 2021.

At present we don’t have support for saving and loading the base64 image in PNG format in our PDF Viewer control. So that the reported issue occurs. Currently, we have provided support only for (jpg and jpeg) image format. We have already logged the feature “Support for saving and loading the custom stamp annotation in PNG format” and the implementation will be included in any of our upcoming releases.
