We have validated your query, “I am using the same dialog from 2 different pages. When I open the dialog from the 1st page and close (works fine) and go to the 2nd page and open the dialog again and try to close it’s not working, Is there a way to reset the dialog instance?”
We tried to reproduce the issue by making the sample with routing and using the same dialog on different pages, but we couldn’t reproduce the issue from our end and the dialog open and close works properly in all the pages. We have prepared a sample for your reference,
Can you please share the following details,
- The code snippet of the dialog rendered and the code snippets of how the dialog is used in different pages in your application.
- The exact Syncfusion package version used in the application.
- The video illustration of the issue reproducing scenario.
- If possible please share us with the simple issue reproducible sample or please modify the shared sample with the issue reproducing code.
The above details will be helpful for us to validate and reproduce the issue from our end and assist you at the earliest.
