'Unexpected end of file has occurred' when creating a new WordDocument V19.1.0.69

Hello,

So, I've come across this issue while trying to create a word document out of the base64 string that gets returned from Syncfusion WordEditor Vue component.
The exception as follows:

Before parsing the base64 string into a stream, I remove the following line:

"data:application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document;base64,"
It works fine with other file but it only with some certain files.

Please note that this file has got changes tracked in it.
Note as well that I faced this issue only after upgrading to V19.1.0.69

We need additional information to check further. So, could you please share us the below things at your end: 

1.       How did you generate the provided base64 string? 

2.       Input Word documents which used at your end. 

This will be more helpful to proceed further and provide you the solution at the earliest.  

Note: If you have any confidential data in your document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.
