Different colors in chart sections

Is it possible to make a chart like this? 

With separate colors in the different sections of the chart.

And show a label for the last reading?

Hi Joachim, 

Greetings from the team at Syncfusion. We looked over your query and the screenshot you provided and created a sample that meets your needs. The axes and name properties of the chart and series, respectively, can be used to bind the series to the various axes. The plotBands property can then be used to create the dashed line. You can use the public method show to show the trackball at the required place at the end after the chart has been rendered. The pointColorMapper property in the series can be used to change the color of the line segment. We use the annotations property for the text, which allows us to place any widget in the desired position of the chart or plot area. The following support documents will assist you in learning more about certain properties. Please utilize the sample and screenshot that we have attached for your reference. We would also like to point out that the accompanying example is only for illustration purposes, you can change it to suit your needs.
