Problem with SaveAsBlob()

Hi Syncfusion,


 


i have an issues on saving inkAnnotations,

im using the function saveAsBlob() to return the blob with the annotations added to it. but the pdf result is not containing the inkAnnotation added to the pdf (i used draw link). it works only if i change the interaction mode to pan and then save. when i try to get the annotation collection i found an emty array. its like the saveAsBlob() doesnt detect the add of inkAnnotations.Thanks.Azeddine

We have checked using the saveAsBlob method after adding the ink annotation in the Selection Mode. We were unable to reproduce the reported issue. We have shared the sample and video for your reference.

Could you kindly try the sample and revert us whether you are facing the same issue? If yes, kindly share the video demonstration for replicating the issue. It will be helpful for us to investigate further and provide the details at the earliest.
