No Records Template not working

I am trying to add no records template in a dropdown with allow filtering enabled. But that template does not show up. Please refer the second dropdown in the link react-pssven - StackBlitz

Can you assist me on what I am missing?

I recently updated react version to 18 and found that the above issue still exists.

Also there is an error displayed when filter is cleared or filtered text is cleared letter by letter.

I have attached a sample in this link.
