GetSelectedText doesn't return text with new lines \n

Hello SF,

I am selecting multiple lines in SfRichTextEditor and then calling GetSelectedText(). It returns all the lines but without \n character. So it is treated like a single line. If it is supposed to return html text, then it is not returning with <br>.

Kindly look into this asap.

I am adding a screenshot for your reference.

On the right is the rich text editor in phone emulator. Left is the debugger.

On further analyzation, we found that this issue occurs in our dependency control. We have forwarded the query to appropriate team and will update you further details 16th June 2021.

Thanks a lot Gayathri. This was the most needed fix for us.

I noticed that the latest stable release of Syncfusion (Xamarin) is 19.2.0.44 on nuget. Will this release contain the fix mentioned above?

Or should I use only 19.1.0.69 version?

Regards,
Gautam Jain
