Hi Feras,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

We looked into your account and discovered that you had a community license. So, if you’re using the nuget packages from nuget.org, you should register the generated license key in your project.

Syncfusion introduced new licensing system starting from v16.1. If you are using Syncfusion NuGet packages from nuget.org or assemblies from trial installer, you should generate and register the corresponding version and platforms license key in your application to avoid trial license warning.

Refer below the documentation to know more about licensing

Refer this documentation for license key generation and registration.

Our syncfusion license keys are version and platform-specific. Ensure that all the referred assemblies/NuGet packages are all on the same version as the registered license key version.

Find below the knowledge base article to know about which version license key should use in application,

https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/8951/which-version-syncfusion-license-key-should-i-use-in-my-application

If still the issue persist, please share us the following details to check the reported issue.

  1. License key used and its version
  2. List of Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages used and it’s version.
  3. Framework version of your project
  4. Screenshot of the issue.
