Imported Header and Footer not working correctly

We are currently working with the SfRichTextBoxAdv libraries importing word documents. The problem is that the original imported document has a header with images but is not being positioned correctly, and it only shows 1 image. I saw in the overview of SfRichTextBoxAdv that it does not support editing headers and footers, but we are not editing, we are just importing a document that has a header.

Hi Hector,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

We can reproduce a similar kind of image positioning issue, while importing the document which contains a floating image in the header part. But to confirm that you are facing the same issue (same scenario). Please share with us the issue reproducing document. Because it will help us to provide you the appropriate solution at the earliest.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
Kalaivannan

Hi Hector,

Thanks for the update.

At present, our SfRicTextBoxAdv control does not have support for Header and Footer editing. We have added it to our feature request list, but we don’t have any immediate plans to implement this feature.

At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features. We will let you know when this feature is implemented. To track the status of the feature, please use the following feedback link.

And as we said earlier, we will fix the issue “Floating image in document header is preserved improperly” and update you with private patch on or before 8th June 2021. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I've installed the nuget package and the problem still persists. I'll be attaching the document that I'm having problem with. The file is in RTF format. Also, I've made an observation that the version that we got sent was the 19.1.0.54 which is a few versions away from the current version. Why is that version being sent and not the newest release version?
