dragging an event on IE11 script5007 unable to get property 'offsetTop' of undefined or null reference

Hi,
I'm trying to make a page using the superb ej2 scheduler work on IE11 (don't ask me why: I simply MUST!)  and when I drag an event ( to change day) i get this error : script5007 unable to get property 'offsetTop' of undefined or null reference and the event does not move. When I try to sssign it to a different resource the error is not fired and the event is moved.

I know it sounds weird but take a look at attached file.

Thanks in advance,
DR

Hi QED,

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products.

We have validated your reported query and prepared sample to reproduce the reported issue at our end by dragging an appointment in IE 11. But, we were unable to reproduce the issue at our end.

Could you please share the below details to reproduce the issue? This will help us to validate the issue and provide prompt solution at earliest
  • Whether the issue replicates when you drag specific appointments?
  • Try to replicate the issue in above sample or replicating sample if possible
  • Share all schedule related code snippets with Syncfusion package version of your application
