Cannot Install Syncfusion.EJ2.MVC5 because Newtonsoft.Json is already installed

I currently have Newtonsoft.Json installed which multiple other libraries that are dependant upon it like Hangfire.Core and Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Api and many others. I am trying to install Syncfusion.EJ2.MVC5 but am not able to because Newtonsoft.Json is already installed. I cannot uninstall Newtonsoft.Json without uninstalling all the other libraries so its a catch 22.

How can I proceed?
