Implement multiple files move functionality in toolbar without using drag and drop feature.

Question

I want to implement moving of multiple files from one folder to another just by selecting the number of files I want to. I want it in the toolbar where I get an option to create 'New Folder', 'Download', 'Rename', 'Move'. I don't want to drag and drop the files as I have multilevel folder structure. Is there a way I can select desired files in a folder and then select the destination Folder and move the files. Basically a cut paste feature.
