Multiple ranges for a single series in a chart

Hello!
How I can create chart, using multiple series with each series made up of more than one data range?
e.g. I have one series with ranges from 02 pm to 03 pm, from 05 pm to 06 pm, second series from 03 am to 05 am, from 07 am to 09 am,etc.

We have checked your query and we are not clear about your exact requirement by adding series with multiple data range and did you expect like below (each series with different row and column) 
 
 
And do you want to restrict the empty range  of axis between the two datapoint collection with the help of ScaleBreak support in WPF SfChart like below. 
 
 
Hence, could you please share us the more details about your requirement and if possible, please share the pictorial representation to understand your need that will be more helpful provide the better solution at the earlier.
