Misalignment happens near footers

Hello,

I actually noticed an issue that happens near a footer.
Please check my attached file which has a word file, when trying to open this file in document editor it shows the some text in the wrong place above the footer.
I've also attached an image with MS word on the right and DocumentEditor on the left please notice the difference.

Thanks,

We have checked the reported issue in latest version. Please check below screenshot for reference:

Can you please check the font which you used in your document is installed in your machine? Share your screen resolution details? That will be helpful for us to proceed further and provide youe solution at earliest.

Hi Omar,

We have checked the provided document in resolution basis. We are facing reported issue in 100% screen resolution. For resolution 125% and 150%, it is proper.

We have calculated the size of the text with the correct font and font size values, the difference lies; it may be as low as 0.00XX to 0. XXXX values compared to that in Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word preserves different size for the text based on the font, compared to that of size calculated using HTML text measuring. Hence there is difference in the pagination of our Document editor component compared to that of Microsoft Word. We are constantly improving our Document Editor layout to match as like as MS Word in step by step process.

At present we are concentrating to address the data loss problem while opening Word documents in Document editor due to unsupported elements as priority item requested by many customers. Hence, we will add priority to this pagination problem specific to HTML text measuring difference and address it immediately after addressing the data loss problem. We will let you know once the pagination difference is addressed. We appreciate your patience.

Regards,

Suriya M.

Hello Suriya,
By resolution you mean browser resolution or DocumentEditor resolution ?

But it's so confusing for users to see the document in Editor different than how it looks in PDF.

Thanks,
Omar
