We have analyzed the reported issue by preparing a sample as per your suggestion using 19.1.0.57 version Syncfusion.Blazor Nuget package. We are not able to reproduce the reported issue at our end. Kindly refer the below sample for your reference

After referring the sample, if you are still facing the reported issue. Kindly share the following details.  
 

Share your Grid code example. 
Share your Syncfusion.Blazor Nuget package version details. 
Share the video demonstration of the reported issue with replication procedure. 
If possible try to reproduce the reported issue in provided sample and revert to us. 
Or share a issue reproducible sample. 
 
Above requested details will be very helpful for us to validate the reported query at our end and provide solution as early as possible.

Thanks for sharing the issue reproducible sample.

We have analyzed the reported issue and we are able to reproduce the reported issue at our end also. We have confirmed the reported query as a bug and logged the defect report “ClearSelection method is not working properly with DetailTemplate in expanded state” for the same. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and including the defect fix in our weekly release which is expected to be rolled out by mid of June 2021. We will update you once the release is rolled out.
