PDF Viewer Zoom loading indicator

Hi,

when you have a big document and zoom in or out, it could take a while. 

For the customer it feels strange because sometimes the whole side gets white and you dont know if anything is still loading oder not.

Any possibility to show a loading indicator while the zooming is performed?

Currently we do not have support for show the loading indicator for large documents while zooming. We will analyze further and provide details on April 23^rd, 2021.  

 

However, we have improved the zooming performance in our latest version. So, kindly upgrade to the latest version v19.1.0.57 to get the issue resolved.

Hi Dhivya,

we already use version 19.1.0.57 but the zooming is still an issue for us.
It would be great if you can find a solution to increase the performance or show a loading spinner while zooming.

As we mentioned earlier we do not have support to show the loading indicator for zooming actions. We have added it to our feature request list. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases.
