SfChart doughnut chart as a clock face

Hello, I'm trying to achieve something like the below:



Looking at the chart types in SfChart I think the best solution for completing this task would be using doughnut type.

Any help or guidance on how to achieve this (or close to this design) in SfChart would be greatly appreciated.
