Filtering Grid, array in cell

Question

Hi, I have a grid that displays results that comes from an array. See column "Categories", the array is presented as a string:

When I filter, I ofc get the strings:

Is there any way that I can separate the substrings in the filter menu so it looks like:

Select All

Category A

Category B

And so on.

We have checked your query and by default the values present in dataSource for the corresponding field will be displayed in dataSource of Excel Filter checkboxList. Even if we customize the values of checkboxList to display it as substrings, it will filter the values bases on dataSource not in checkboxList(filter values present in dataSource alone).  

So it is not feasible to achieve your requirement.  Please get back to us if you need any further assistance on it.
