Annotation hyperlink not working

Hello,

I've been trying to create an node annotation with an hyperlink but the hyperlink is only working when the node constraint Drag is enabled. I'm showing the diagram in only read mode and because of that I'm only enabling the node constraints Select, PointerEvents, ReadOnly and HideThumbs.

Is it possible to make the hypelink work without the Drag enabled?

Thank you,
Alex P.
