The rich text box image upload browse button does not work on ipad or iphone.

We have validated your query and have already considered the “Browser button in insert image dialog not working in the Rich Text Editor” as a bug from our end and logged the report for the same and the fix will be included in our patch release on 13th April.

We have resolved the reported issue “Browser button in insert image dialog not working in the Rich Text Editor” with the package version 19.1.56. 
 
 
Can you please upgrade your package to this version to resolve the reported issue?

We have installed the new version and verified that this is still not working on the IPad and Iphone.   We also tested against the Syncfusion demo site and that is also not working.

We have further validated your query and we have resolved the issue and the issue may have occurred due to the cache maintained in the browser. So, could you please clear the NuGet cache in your machine once and run your application? 
 
 
The issue occurs in our demo site because the demo site is not refreshed with the latest changes, we will refresh the demo site on Volume 1 SP release we will let you know once the demo site is refreshed.

We have cleared all local Nuget and browser caches and cannot get it to work.   We published to an Azure app service which doesn't cache nuget and it does not work from there.  We have tried it several browsers with no luck.   Just so we are on the same page with the issue.   The problem is when you select upload image function in Rich Text Box and then the browser button.   It should behave as your Angular component  does in the screen shot below:

We have further validated the issue and this is still not fixed from our end. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused, we will include the fix in the coming patch release on 27th April 2021.
