Remove "default" row of blank cells at top of grid

By default, there is a blank row of  cells created at the top of the grid.  What is that, and how can it be hidden or removed?  See attached image.

We would like to inform you that highlighted blank row in your screenshot is the Filter bar of Grid. It will be displayed in Grid when AllowFiltering property is enabled. It is used to filter the corresponding column data by typing the text/value in that area and pressing the enter key.
