Scheduler - Yearly recurrence bug

When an event has a recurrence frequency of yearly and is set to occur, for example, on the first Monday of March no events get displayed on the schedule control after the calendar is rendered; such as changing between calendar views.

It occurs on all variations of the First/Second etc options that I have tried. 

Using the RecurrenceEditor to create this rule outputs like so - FREQ=YEARLY;INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=MO;BYSETPOS=1;
