Warning message comes up when opening a document edited by DocumentEditor inside MS Word

Hello,

So. there's a warning message that keeps popping up when I try to open a document edited with Sycnfusion DocumentEditor in MS Word.
Kindly find the warning messages attached.

Hi Omar, 

We had tried to reproduce the reported problem. kindly share us input word documents of the reported problem, which will be helpful for us to investigate further and provide you the solution at the earliest.

Hi Kurthis,

Kindly find the document attached.
This document was opening just fine using MS Word, when I opened it in syncfusion word editor and saved it, then downloaded it again and tried to open it using MS Word.
It shows the following error message:

I suspect it's related to using MS Word Shapes in the document as they're not supported with the syncfusion editor. But not 100% sure.

Hi Kurthis,

Kindly find the documents before and after editing attached.

This document was opening just fine using MS Word, when I opened it in syncfusion word editor and saved it, then downloaded it again and tried to open it using MS Word.
It shows the following error message:

I suspect it's related to using MS Word Shapes in the document as they're not supported with the syncfusion editor. But not 100% sure.

Hi Omar,  

In the latest version the Document is exported without any corruption. 
We are facing only border rendering issue for the text box. 

Currently we are facing issue in rendering the rectangle border. We have logged the defect report. We will fix this issue and include in our EJ2 patch release which scheduled on May 26,2021.

We are deeply regret the inconvenienced caused.   

We are not possible to include the fix in our latest patch release. We will fix this issue and include in our include in our EJ2 patch release which is tentatively scheduled on June 2,2021.

We are deeply regret the inconvenienced caused.    

We are not possible to include the fix in our latest patch release. Currently, we are working on this with high priority. Fix will be included in our upcoming EJ2 patch release which is tentatively scheduled on June 9, 2021 without further delay.

We are glad to announce that our patch release (v19.1.67) is rolled out successfully and In that release, we have added the fix for reported issue.            

Please upgrade to the latest version packages to resolve this issue.
