Pivot Table intermittent error

Hello

I occasionally get the following console error when a pivot table loads.  Cannot reproduce in a reliable sample, so thought I would send in case this is something you can work out from the error.

We have checked the reported problem at our end. But we are unable to reproduce the problem. Kindly share us the exact scenario in which the issue is reproduced and issue reproducible sample. 
  
This would be helpful for us to proceed further.

Hello

I have managed to create a sample that reproduces the error.  Its a little tricky to reproduce, so you may need to do this many times to see the error being thrown.  I have attached a sample project and a word document containing the steps needed to reproduce.  Please keep trying until you see the error.

This is causing mayhem for my users, so I look forward to getting your prompt feedback.

Hi Richard,

We found that the reported issue occurred from menu component. So we have logged a bug task “Script error thrown while opening another menu before closing the menu popup” in menu component. And the solution will be available in Vol 1 SP1 release which is estimated to be rolled out in the mid of May 2021.

Hello

Is there any chance this could be made a priority.  The usability of the pivot table / chart is so badly affected as to make testing pointless.  My test users are just loosing faith in the stability of the site.

We have fixed the reported issue but faced some automation breaks because of the changes. So we were unable to include the fix in SP1 release. And currently we are working on to resolve the breaks wth high priority. And plan to include fix in any upcoming weekly patch release. And, we will provide you further details on 18th May, 2021.
