Quick info popup is getting closed Automatically .

Question

When we click on the empty cell in the scheduler, the popup is opening but instantly it is getting closed. This is issue persists for the day view and week view. In month view popup is working fine.

We have prepared a sample to reproduce your reported issue “quick info popup is closed instantly in all the views except Month view” unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your reported problem and the sample can be downloaded from the following link. We have tried the following ways to replicate the issue at our end. 


We have ensured your reported problem by preparing a default sample with default quick info popup sample and also by preparing a customized popup using quickInfoTemplate but in both the case the popup is properly opening.
Also we have ensured the below sample in a different browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox and it is rendering properly in it.
Ensured the changes in your mentioned version and latest version v18.4.48
