Two scroll bars appear

Hello,

So, two scroll bars appear on the file manager when I have many files that occupies all the file manager's height and with long names as in the attached image.

It also messes up scrolling as it scrolls the search and navigation bar.

It'd be very helpful if you helped me out with this as soon as possible.

Also, please note that this is only in details view.
