Based on the Forum title we suspect your issue is “Null Reference exception throws when on Load Document”. Currently we are checking on this. Please provide us the below details which will be helpful for us to provide you a better solution. 
1. Replication steps to reproduce the issue 
2. Syncfusion Product version.   
3. .Net Framework / .Net Core version. 
4. Operating System.

We are able to reproduce the issue is “Null Reference exception throws when on Load Document” in our side with the provided details. Currently we are checking on this and we will update further details on 18th February 2021.

Hi Giancarlo, 

On analyzed further, we found that the issue resolved in our latest version of PDF Viewer and we can see the provided documents get loaded into PdfViewer without any exception.  

Our latest version of NuGet package has been published in the nuget.org and please find the link below: 

So, we request you to try our latest version of PDF Viewer and let us know whether the issue is resolved.
