Trigger an action upon Restrict Editing

Hello,

I actually want to trigger an action when a user restrict editing for a given document.

Given that I use Vue.js for frontend and ASPNet for backend.

For now, Document-Editor don’t have any event that triggers at the time restrict-editing in our control. 

We need some clarification regarding your requirement. What type customization you require when enabling restrict-editing option? 

Can you please share your requirement in detail? that will helpful for us to proceed further and provide you solution at earliest.

I basically want Restrict Editing to be treated as change that has been made to document, same as editing.
